•Reviewed, prepared and negotiated Master Agreements for clients of derivatives business.
•Prepared, negotiated and drafted industry-standa rd Master Agreements (including the ISDA Master Agreement and ISDA Credit Support Annex) and ancillary documentation (including guarantees, confidentiality agreements, and control agreements)
•Reviewed ISDA Legal confirmation on a transaction level, negotiating with counterparties on language specific provisions within ISDA Derivatives definition
•Communicated with Front Office relating to trade amendments and signing of confirmations; and ensured that legal confirmation process was strictly complied with (internal Corporate Confirmation Policies)
•Co-ordinated with colleagues, traders, marketers and salespeople, credit officers, risk managers, tax advisers and operations officers in London, Italy and New York, as to the nature and resolution of outstanding issues
•Conducted appropriate due diligence in respect of new clients entering into Master Agreements
